Digitizing Service

Jim Palmer Co. is able to provide reverse engineering service utilizing some of the latest state of the art  equipment available. With the use of our 8 ft Platinum Faro arm and Laser line Scanner we are able to capture point cloud data information. By using our reverse engineering software Verisurf V9 and Verisurf X4 this information is fed to our reverse engineering software to create a 3d mesh, 3d surface and other cad entities.  We have found this service can help save in both time and cost when a customer has a project with no cad data available. When a tool used to produce product is lost, worn, or cracked and no longer meeting engineering requirements we are able to use the old tool master model to create cad data needed to produce a replacement using CNC Machining.
